   No thats a bunt, and a bunt isn’t just to get a guy from first to second. Faster players use that to try and get an easy hit. A balk (not bok) is when a pitcher steps off the mound while in the middle of his wind-up. Like, if the pitcher slipped while throwing the ball and he steps off the mound to catch himself. Thats a balk.

    baseball when a guy is on first and you want him to get to second you hold the bat straight out and dont swing it while letting the ball hit the bat. It doesnt go far but it allows the guy to get to second.
