In Oblivion they should of included Stirk, a small island off the coast of anvil (not where fin gleam is) and Iv’e checked it is a part of Cyrodiil!

I don’t know any other ways to do it. I haven’t tested console command because I have mod for removing borders, but ini- setting should work anyway.
Go to ini- settings link for instructions.

I doubt you didn’t change Oblivion INI- file. Or didn’t you find it?
My INI- file is in: USERS > USERNAME > FILES > MY GAMES > OBLIVION >
Make backup first (save as ‘ oblivion_backup ‘ or something like that). Then change bBorderRegionsEnabled=1 to bBorderRegionsEnabled=0. Then overwrite ORIGINAL ini-file (save as ‘ oblivion ‘ ).
Like I said, TDT shows position and height.

You haven’t done it on the Xbox 360, although Microsoft should put them mods on Xbox Live some how. Theres mods that allow you to go other places.
