You know Carrie & Kelly became superstars after the finale… but whatever happened to Taylor Hicks and Fantasia Barrino? There are a couple of idols who kinda went MIA after the show ._.

I don’t believe I said that, if it was meant for me. All I’m saying is that Country cannot be compared to R&B and Rock pop cause it’s not that mainstream & doesn’t always get the attention that it should cause it’s labeled Country. + To compare Kelly & Carrie is odd cause they each do very well in their own genre. Personally I like Carrie more tho. Don’t if that clarifies things.

Me to ! =) I know. Had Kelly sung Country and Carrie Rock R&B – Carrie would be the biggest – no question. But she sells awesomely well for a country artist.

+ I think she won more awards then Kelly but in sales Kelly is the best selling. But Carrie most popular over all. As I said – can’t really compare.

I’m not either but the most successful idol in US is Carrie underwood, but Kelly Clarkson is the most succesful worldwide. I do like Carrie better tho’. And you also have to consider Kelly was the first, so she has gotten more attention & is pop rock. Carrie Is Country. So really you can’t compare. I do like Carries voice better – it’s so smooth and unforced.
